winphp Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the winphp website at winphp.co, all subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and any applications provided by winphp.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the winphp Platform.
• "Real-Money Play" refers to any wagering activity conducted with funds deposited into a winphp Account.
• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of deposited funds, credited bonuses, and accrued winnings held in a Player's winphp Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash rewards credited to a Player's Account by winphp.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount or deposit must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and oversees winphp's operations.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations before real-money play is permitted.
• "Prohibited Territories" refers to jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register," "Create Account," "Sign In," or any equivalent action on the winphp Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;
2. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
4. You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to applicable sanctions lists unless separately cleared by winphp's compliance process;
5. The personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and your own;
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for another person.

winphp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age. Real-money gaming on winphp is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style gaming in the Philippines. Sports betting on winphp may have a different minimum age threshold under applicable law, but winphp applies the 21+ requirement uniformly across all products on the Platform as its baseline standard.

3.2 Age Verification Procedure. winphp is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity and age of all Players before permitting real-money activity. Players must submit a clear copy of at least one valid government-issued Philippine identification document, including but not limited to: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Philippine Passport, Driver's License (issued by LTO), or PRC Professional ID. winphp may request additional documentation to satisfy its KYC obligations.

3.3 Failure to Verify. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the period specified by winphp will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all remaining balance returned to the payment source used, after deduction of any fraudulently obtained bonuses.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility. winphp's services are available to residents of the Philippines. Access from Prohibited Territories — including jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited — is not permitted. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 One Account Policy. Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the winphp Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, a different name, or through any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances, subject to regulatory review.

4.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. winphp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify winphp immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.

4.3 Accurate Information. All information provided to winphp during registration and throughout the account lifecycle must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information, including false name, false date of birth, or a fraudulent identification document, is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offense under Philippine law.

4.4 Account Non-Transferability. winphp Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, pledge, or transfer your Account or any Account Balance to any third party. Any such transfer will be deemed void and may result in Account termination.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. winphp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on winphp is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

5.3 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are credited to your winphp Account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer processing times depend on the issuing bank and may take up to 24 hours. winphp is not liable for delays caused by the Player's financial institution.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are processed within fifteen (15) minutes as a standard service level. Bank withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. winphp reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where KYC documents have not been fully verified.

5.5 Third-Party Funding Prohibition. Players must only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party sources — including another person's GCash or bank account — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits may be held, refunded, or forfeited pending investigation. winphp will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposit or not registered in the Player's verified name.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. winphp is obligated under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to comply with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. winphp may request source-of-funds documentation from Players whose account activity triggers compliance thresholds. Failure to provide required documentation may result in Account suspension and reporting to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered on the winphp Platform are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms herein and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are not immediately withdrawable. Before any Bonus Funds (or winnings derived from Bonus Funds) may be withdrawn, the Player must complete the wagering requirement applicable to that bonus. Wagering requirements are calculated on the basis of real-money stakes placed on eligible games. Stakes placed on excluded games (as specified per promotion) do not count toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. winphp employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion with other Players, exploiting technical errors, or wagering on excluded games while a bonus is active. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, winphp reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any winnings derived from it, and suspend or close the Account.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified expiry window will be forfeited automatically without further notice. winphp is not obligated to notify Players of impending bonus expiry, though it may do so as a courtesy.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

7.1 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the winphp Platform — including online slots, virtual table games, and arcade-style games — are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.

7.2 Live Casino. Live dealer casino games at winphp are streamed from professional studios and conducted in accordance with internationally recognized casino rules for baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and related games. The outcome of live dealer games is final once the round is closed by the live dealer and confirmed on screen.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, server failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game, winphp reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the Player's Balance. No additional compensation will be provided for technical errors unless specifically required by applicable law or PAGCOR directives.

7.4 Disconnection Policy. If a Player's internet connection fails during an active game, winphp's systems will attempt to complete the round on the Player's behalf based on the last recorded action. Stakes placed prior to disconnection are not refundable for this reason. Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during active gameplay.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the winphp Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any circumvention technology;
• Creating more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported immediately to winphp support;
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering;
• Chargebacks — initiating unauthorized payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider after a winphp transaction;
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials on the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or winphp support staff through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Commitment. winphp is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all Filipino players. The Platform includes a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered Players at no cost and without requiring customer support interaction.

9.2 Available Tools. Players may access the following responsible gaming tools from their Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the winphp Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period chosen and are not subject to override by support staff during the exclusion window.

9.3 PAGCOR Resources. Players experiencing difficulty managing their gambling habits are encouraged to contact PAGCOR's responsible gaming support resources directly. winphp will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mandated intervention, including account exclusion requests initiated by PAGCOR on behalf of a Player or their family.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the winphp Platform — including but not limited to logos, game assets, interface designs, software, text, graphics, video content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of winphp or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, transmit, display, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from any content on the winphp Platform without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of winphp intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winphp shall not be liable to any Player for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if winphp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.2 winphp's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in the Player's Account Balance at the time the claim arises.

11.3 winphp does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winphp will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uptime.

11.4 winphp is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, regulatory interventions, telecommunications failures, or cyber-attacks.

12. Privacy & Data

winphp collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing data with PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council as required by Philippine law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure. Players may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting winphp's support team. Before closure, all real-money Account Balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

13.2 Suspension by winphp. winphp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, AMLA compliance concerns, PAGCOR directive, or any activity that may harm the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

13.3 Balance on Termination. Where an Account is terminated by winphp due to breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach, subject to applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Where a breach involves fraud or illegal activity, the matter may be referred to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

14. Amendments to Terms

winphp reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account, and/or through a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute between a Player and winphp that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by winphp's internal complaints process may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player protection department.

winphp's internal complaints process is the first point of contact for any player dispute. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to the contact details listed in Section 16. winphp will acknowledge complaints within two (2) business days and aim to resolve them within fifteen (15) business days.
